AIM: turbocharged300z He listed yesterday some parts and if your experience is like mine he will go totally silent after payment is received. I bought an eBrake handle from him on 09/14/2005 for $25.00. After many, MANY emails, all of which except for a few went unanswered and the ones that did were lies, I am giving up and chalking up the $25 loss. Finally after 1 1/2 months he said that he was busy with school, etc. and had not had time to remove it. Then he said, get this!, that when he went out to remove it that his HACK SAW BLADE was too dull and he had to go to Home Depot to get a new one! HACK SAW??? I replied back saying NO! You do not hack saw it off, sent him pics of the part, etc. Again, went silent, ignored my emails and IM's. Never answers the phone listed. Then he finally answered an IM about a week ago, here is the IM conversation: -------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------- The "Monday he refers to would have been 11/07/2005. Guess what? NO REFUND RECEIVED as of 11/16/2005. 9 days is more than enough from TN to NC. I have bought, as most of you know from my posts, thousands of dollars of stuff from various members, Coz, etc. and this at least thankfully is the first time I have ever been ripped off. To answer question that will be asked, like an idiot I paid via money order due to he said his PayPal was not workign due to a change in something or other, I forget. I have bought from and sold to many members here and think I can say that I have never ripped anyone off. $25 is not that much, at this point it is the principal. I will be doing my part to VTD his classifieds listing, ask that you do the same. Sad part is I was looking for a cargo cover, which he has one for sale, and would have bought his! And YES, I have given him EVERY opportunity to respond, refund, etc. prior to this post.
